The toddler chairs are in Club style and Mod style and are 24" wide by 18" tall by 17" deep. They were sold through a few very popular outlets.
The Trend Lab name is on a label attached at the bottom of the chairs. They will have date codes TL1007C through TL0812C. These codes indicate the month & date of production, and include models that were put together between October 2007 (1007C) thru August 2012 (0812C) production.
Consumers... stop using the product and here's some contact info:

Well, one good thing about this is that they were able to identify the problem and recalled it for correction. This is also the same practice with furniture stores in Orange County. They are not afraid to recall the furniture - which means that the quality of the furniture people buy does not go through one quality check, but instead, is a continuous process. That is something that consumers should be glad at.
