McDonald’s Recalls Hello Kitty Themed Whistles Due to Choking and Aspiration Hazards.  Components inside of the whistles can detach, posing choking hazards.

Aqua Lung Expands Recall of Buoyancy Compensators Due to Drowning Hazard. The rubber handles can detach as divers are trying to remove the weight pockets to rise to the surface

CoScentrix Expands Recall of DD Brand Candles Due to Fire Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Hobby Lobby.  The candles’ high flame can ignite the surface of the wax, posing a fire hazard.

Mohawk Recalls Rugs Due To Fire Hazard; Sold Exclusively at The Home Depot. The large rugs fail to meet federal standards for flammability and could ignite, posing fire and burn hazards.
