An eastern Idaho deputy has been suspended pending an investigation into a dog shooting.
Reports look like a dog bit someone, the deputy showed up, tied the dog to a pole, and shot it 3 times. All the while a school bus full of kids got to watch.
Idaho.. where dogs are just dogs, or tools.
