Apparently money is mysteriously showing up in mail boxes, and being dropped from upper floors of buildings by unknown benefactors, and this is confusing the Japanese to the extent that they are reporting it to the police.
What!!?? Are they kookey confused? Here, let me help - send the money to me, I'll count it, verify it, and to make sure it's real, I'll spend it for you too!!!
